He should be able to coordinate and provide implementation support to the customer. He Must

  • Not mislead clients;
  • Provide full and fair disclosure of all material facts; and
  • Act with due diligence and in utmost good faith.

However, to get the best results from financial planning, a customer should

  • Provide all material and relevant data, information for financial planning. The financial
  • plans shall be limited by the information shared by the customer.

  • Actively participate in the entire financial planning process and provide time for the
